NKAP-related syndrome is due to a missense mutation in the NKAP gene, residing on the X-chromosome. This diagnosis is characterized by developmental delay, learning disability, and Marfanoid habitus. NKAP-related syndrome follows a X-linked recessive inheritance pattern. Its prevalence remains unknown.
