Hereditary Spastic paraplegia (HSP) is a neurological disorder affects normal development in early childhood that is basically recognized by difficulty in walking due to muscles weakness and stiffness. By the age of 25, affected individual will need wheelchair or walker due to the progression of the disease symptoms. The disease might be complex and involve multiple disabilities such as vision loss, generalized muscle weakness, epilepsy, and intellectual disability; however the disease might only affect low limb function.
