Respiratory distress: ventilator, tracheostomy, tracheostomy with supplemental oxygen in most sever forms.
Feeding difficulties: Nasogastric tube and gastrostomy
Club foot: surgical correction
Cleft palate: surgical correction
Cleft mandible: use of grafts obtained from ribs, calvaria, or iliac crest to repairing the mandibular cleft (Tessier number 30 cleft). The graft can be fixed in its position using wire, screw, or miniplates.
Absence of central incisors: orthodontic treatment.
The mandibular arch hypoplasia in the end-stage correction often require bimaxillary orthognathic surgery.
Language disability: standardized language tests used according to the patient’s age and speech therapy
Learning disability: Treatment plans should be individualized and it could include specialized educational assistance, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and assistive technology.
