Multimodal quantitative MR imaging in leukodystrophies.
The aim is to establish biomarkers for evaluating myelin deficiency in white matter diseases with focus on hypomyelinating disorders. These will be used to characterize natural courses and to develop a protocol for the assessment of possible myelin modulating therapies.
