The condition has been described in only a very limited number of patients, and its clinical spectrum remains incompletely defined. Core features include global developmental delay, intellectual disability, seizures and/or EEG abnormalities, brain imaging abnormalities, visual involvement, and mild non-specific facial dysmorphism. Feeding difficulties and metabolic or biochemical abnormalities have also been reported in some individuals.
