Alagille syndrome is a rare, multisystem disorder with a wide spectrum of clinical variability, both with respect to which organ systems are affected and with respect to severity. The major clinical manifestations include liver, cardiac, vertebral, eye, and facial features, although kidney, vascular or bone problems can also sometimes occur.
