Individuals with mono-allelic KDM5B variants can present with developmental delay (delay in learning and/or motor skills compared to other children), intellectual disability, abnormal behavior, difficulties with sleep, and other conditions. Anomalies of skin, kidneys, eyes, joints, and/or heart can be present.
