Individuals with bi-allelic KDM5B variants can present with developmental delay (delay in learning and/or motor skills compared to other children), intellectual disability, eye problems, and other conditions. These individuals tend to have distinctive features of the face and/or the fingers. They also tend to present with a higher weight and/or height. Excessive joint flexibility and/or heart problems may be present.
