Research collaboration

We are collecting patients with pathogenic KICS2 variants for a patient registry which will also include patients with variants in other KICSTOR complex components. We want to facilitate interactions between affected families and coordinate research on this disease. We would also like to further delineate the specific KICS2 phenotype. Long-term goals include drug screening on patient samples and other therapeutic approaches.
