Natural history of MOGS-CDG is currently studied with the natural history of other CDGs under Frontiers of Congenital Disorders of Glycosylation Consortium (FCDGC). The study is looking into the progression of the disease amongst the participants and also look at the clinical symptoms and how they vary amongst different diseased population groups (ClinicalTrials.gov ID NCT04199000).
