PPFIA3-related neurodevelopmental disorder is a multisystemic condition in which phenotypic presentation and severity varies from individual to individual. The most common clinical findings include neurodevelopmental delay, intellectual disability, hypotonia, dysmorphic features, dental anomalies, autistic features, and epilepsy.
