This research aims to describe the broader phenotypic profile associated with rare variants in PPFIA3 to elucidate the phenotypic spectrum and develop risk assessment algorithms. These objectives are intended to address current gaps in knowledge and provide clinical guidance for the recognition, diagnosis, and management of PPFIA3 variants.
