Autosomal recessive primary microcephaly (MCPH)/neurodevelopmental disabilities:
Main clinical features: intellectual disability/developmental delay, microcephaly, seizures, self-mutilation, autism spectrum disorder, sleep issues, lack of energy during the day, congenital hypotonia, difficulty in swallowing, syringomyelia, kyphosis, scoliosis, short stature, poor weight gain, difficulty in swallowing, flat occiput, bilateral 5th finger clinodactyly, brachydactyly, subclinical hypothyroidism, micropenis, cryptorchidism, frequent infections, thrombocytosis,

Relapses in visceral leishmaniasis:
main clinical features: development of leishmaniasis 1-2 years first infection, symptoms include weight loss, fever, hepatosplenomegaly, and lymphadenopathy
