We recommend 1) Screening for cleft lip/palate, 2) Eye examinations to screen for near-sightedness, 3) Hearing examinations to screen for hearing loss, 4) Echocardiogram to screen for structural heart differences, 5) Screening and early treatment of constipation, 6) Evaluation of liver function, 7) Scoliosis evaluation, and 8) Learning assessment
