The clinical features of this disease include:
- Facial dysmorphism: flat cheeks, beaked nose, retrognathia, downward slanting of palpebral fissures
- Ectopia lentis
- Angle closure secondary to iridocorneal adhesion
- Conjunctival filtering bleb
- Patchy areas of atrophy in the iris bilaterally
- Flat anterior chamber
- Central retrocorneal nodular thickening
- Spherophakia
- Decreased axial length
- Posterior synechiae
