Individuals with Shashi Pena syndrome can have a specific facial appearance in which there is a flat red birthmark on the forehead, wide set and prominent eyes, and large head size. Some patients can have congenital heart defects, seizures, developmental delays and learning difficulties, and low blood sugar levels.
