Individuals with ATP6V0C variants can present with developmental delay, intellectual disability, and early-onset epilepsy. On imaging, agenesis/hypoplasia of of the corpus or cerebellar vermis, and delayed myelination can be found. Cardiac abnormalities have also been reported.
