Intellectual developmental disorder with dysmorphic facies and ptosis (IDDDFP) is caused by pathogenic variant in BRPF1 and is inherited in an autosomal dominant manner. BRPF1 variants are associated to impaired acetylation of histone H3. A few cases have been reported and they were characterized by intellectual disability and ptosis/blepharophimosis.
