Global developmental delay, hypotonia, and ankle contractures are presentations of GPIBD25. Affected individuals show features including short stature, inverted nipples, sparse and coarse hair, roving eye movements, and recurrent lower respiratory tract infections. A lack of developmental milestones was observed.
