COG7-CDG is a multisystem disorder characterized by congenital and progressive microcephaly, facial dysmorphism, adducted thumbs, wrinkled skin/abnormal subcutaneous fat distribution, feeding problems/failure to thrive, episodes of hyperthermia, growth deficiency, hypotonia, cardiac involvement and lethality in the first year.
