Management is symptomatic and anticipatory. There is no gene-specific treatment available currently. This includes multidisciplinary team care involving neurologists, developmental paediatricians, geneticists, and neurorehabilitative therapists (including physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech therapists). Management is aimed to manage the various clinical manifestations and includes:
• Anti-epileptics to manage seizures
• Neuro-rehabilitative therapy
• Speech and language therapy
