• Management includes general supportive care, growth monitoring. Malformations of heart, kidney and teeth may require intervention.
• Surveillance for scoliosis and timely intervention is necessary.
• Normal IQ with short stature needs support of the family and to the family for normal development of psyche.
• Pubertal development is usually normal. Testosterone therapy during infancy may be tried as is done in other cases of micropenis.
• Growth hormone deficiency is not reported usually.
