NEDDFAS is a neurodevelopmental disorders inherited in an autosomal recessive manner. Disease causing variants in the EMC10 have been associated with the disease. The disorder presents hallmark features such as developmental delay, intellectual disability; behavioral problems, seizures, poor weight gain, growth deficiency, microcephaly, kidney, urinary tract abnormalities, and upper limb anomalies have been reported.
