The most common features of GLRA2-related disorder are presented below. Please note that not all patients have all these features.
• Developmental delay and learning problems that range in severity (from learning disabilities to intellectual disability)
• Low muscle tone and lack of motor coordination, which may be associated with abnormal or unstable gait
• Seizures - multiple seizure types have been reported and may present early in life (in babies) or during childhood.
• Behavioral abnormalities, including autism spectrum disorder and attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)
• Eye abnormalities and vision impairment
• Microcephaly (small head )
• Abnormal sleep
