Our aim is to enhance the understanding of HCN1-related disorders and to improve and develop new treatment for individuals with HCN1 pathogenic variants through research via a network of researchers from seven countries (HCN1 consortium). We are gathering available information on HCN1 variants, patient clinical history, response to treatment. The impact of specific mutations are studied in cellular or animal models.
