Patients with KDM5A-related neurodevelopmental disorder have a number of symptoms that can vary in severity, and some patients can have all the symptoms, while others have some of them. Almost all individuals affected with this disorder have autism, intellectual disability, and developmental delay. The majority of patients lack speech, and others have severely impaired speech. Some individuals also have seizures, muscle weakness, and movement issues.
