Individuals with KBHS can present with developmental delay (delay in learning and/or motor skills compared to other children), intellectual disability, epilepsy, and other conditions, which could include incoordination, difficulties in feeding or walking, psychiatric conditions, sleep disturbance, and anomalies of other organs, potentially including the heart.
