MYODRIF is characterized by difficulty breathing secondary to decreased breathing muscle function. Generalized muscle weakness or hypotonia (floppiness), renal anomalies and triangular face are also found. Some individuals present with thorax structure anomalies and poor overall growth. Decreased foetal movement has been described.
