Currently, there is no known cure for NECAP1-related disorders. Treatment of the manifestations, symptom management, and supportive care are recommended and can be managed by the appropriate specialty. In the single case reported in literature, the seizures were resistant to multiple medications; however, a combination of carbamazepine and levetiracetam yielded partial response.
