The main clinical features of PIGN deficiency are intellectual disability, developmental delay, hypotonia, epilepsy, and sometimes with gastrointestinal and cardiac involvement. These symptoms are also observed in other genetic disorders. It is important to accumulate cases to understand the whole spectrum of this disease.
