In addition to intellectual disability, patients have clinical symptoms such as microcephaly, short stature, lean body and small testis. The diagnosis is made by clinical features and finally by genetic test. Intellectual disability could be mild but could be severe. Microcephaly, short stature and lean body are moderate in most cases.
