Professor Hirotomo Saitsu is elucidating the molecular pathophysiology of epileptic encephalopathy caused by RHOBTB2 mutations using mouse models. Professor Mitsuhiro Kato is highly experienced in genetic analysis and medical examination of patients with neurodevelopmental disorders. The present project is aimed at elucidating the molecular pathophysiology and characterizing clinical features and possible treatment of RHOBTB2-related disorder.
