STT3A-CDG is an ongoing research interest in the Laboratory for Molecular Diagnosis of Prof. Gert Matthijs, KU Leuven, Belgium. We are currently looking for additional affected patients and are interested in testing variants of unknown significance in STT3A in order to further characterize the pathomechanism of the disorder.
