The small number of patients so far described does not allow to produce a follow-up protocol for the disease. TELO2 patients must be monitored addressing their specific congenital or emerging clinical issues. Regarding epilepsy, seizures can be early-onset or appear in adolescence age; clinical monitoring for such comorbidity is therefore important during the follow-up course.
