There is no specific treatment; however, diagnosis is important, as it facilitates appropriate supportive care. Blood transfusion/3 month, ventilatory support; in some cases, bone marrow transplantation but its effect is questionable. Recent ongoing experiments show that in a milder case some medicaments may stabilize the status of the patients.
