The WDFY3-related neurodevelopmental disorder is rare. Its prevalence is unknown. In a combined cohort of individuals with neurodevelopmental delay comprising of 21,946 probands, Le Duc et al. (2019) identified 20 cases of WDFY3-related neurodevelopmental disorder. We estimate the prevalence to be less than 0.1% of cases with neurodevelopmental disorders.
