We are interested in identifying additional patients with Steel syndrome and other predicted pathogenic variants in COL27A1, as well as heterozygous carriers to develop a better understanding of the genotype-phenotype correlation of Steel syndrome and related COL27opathies. Identification of adult individuals is also of interest to better understand natural history of the disorder and prognosis for newly diagnosed pediatric patients.
