MG-like syndrome is characterized by small ears, small patella, and growth retardation. Immunodeficiency and recurrent respiratory infections are also common. Urogenital anomalies such as cryptorchidism (absence of testicles in scrotum) can be found. Individuals can present with distinctive facial features such as prominent forehead, small or posterior chin, and prominent nose.
