MG-like syndrome is characterized by microtia, patellar hypoplasia, and growth retardation. Immunodeficiency and recurrent respiratory infections are also common. Urogenital anomalies such as cryptorchidism can be found. Individuals can present with facial dysmorphism such as prominent forehead, micro or retrognathia, and prominent nose.
