Management

To date, less than 15 patients have been reported and specific recommendations for management and surveillance based on identification of pathogenic INTS1 variants have not been proposed. A formal developmental assessment with appropriate services and support, monitoring of growth parameters and an ophthalmological evaluation can be undertaken. A brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scan and a renal ultrasound can also be considered.
