There is no cure for MBTPS2-related diseases. We recommend monitoring for: 1) skin disease, 2) eye disease, 3) hearing loss, 4) cleft palate, 5) heart differences, 6) kidney differences, 7) growth failure, 8) constipation/intestinal blockage, 9) bone differences, 10) seizures and structural brain differences, and 11) intellectual disability/developmental delay.
