Currently, there is no known cure for MFF-related disorders. Treatment of the manifestations, symptom management, and supportive care are recommended and can be managed by the appropriate specialty. In one article (Nasca et al. 2018), anti-oxidant therapy resulted in slight improvement of the general condition of an affected patient.
