The Izumi laboratory is collecting clinical information on individuals with NKAP mutations in order to understand the clinical and mutational spectrum of NKAP-related syndrome. In addition, the Izumi laboratory is conducting functional analysis of NKAP gene. We are happy to test the pathogenicity of any novel NKAP variants or variants of uncertain significance.
