The main clinical features are intellectual disability, developmental delay, epilepsy (including early-onset epileptic encephalopathy, such as Ohtahara syndrome), facial dysmorphisms, joint contractures, cardiac, liver, renal involvement, hearing loss, teeth abnormalities, hyperphosphatasia and sometimes with iron overload, similar to hemochromatosis.
