The main clinical features of PIGA deficiency are intellectual disability, developmental delay, epilepsy, and sometimes with liver, renal, cardiac involvement. These symptoms are also observed in other genetic disorders. There are only a few cases reported, so it is important to accumulate cases to understand the whole spectrum of this disease.
