This clinical spectrum of PPP3CA patients is characterized by severe to profound intellectual disability, poor or absent speech, hypotonia, and refractory seizures starting between the first weeks and years of life. Some patients do not have seizures but have multiple dysmorphic features and skeletal abnormalities.
