The wide clinical spectrum of PRR12-related disorder is characterized by motor and/or speech delays, mildly to severely impaired intellectual development, variable structural eye defects, and vision abnormalities. Other features may include low muscle tone, growth differences, birth differences in the heart or kidneys, and a small d head.
