Affected individuals can have bilateral choanal atresia/stenosis, short palpebral fissures, coloboma of the lower eyelids, prominent nasal bridge and widely spaced eyes, cleft lip/palate, pre-auricular tags and large protruding ears, congenital heart defects, and short stature. Intellect is usually normal.
