In addition to speech, language and intellectual disabilities and a prominent forehead, a majority of individuals with Snijders Blok-Campeau syndrome (SNIBCPS) show hypotonia (75%) and macrocephaly (58%). Furthermore, individuals may have widened CSF spaces and neonatal feeding problems. Individuals may also have vision problems, joint laxity and may show autistic features.
