We are interested in studying individuals with CHD3 variants to further characterize the genotype-phenotype relationships. Our strategies include studying the brains of individuals with SNIBCPS by MRI and EEGs, have the parents complete online questionnaires and use of various mouse models and human stem cell models, to characterize the clinical and molecular consequences of CHD3 variants.
